Following severe flooding, the logistics requirement was to move 15,000 metric tons of food commodities to affected districts within three weeks despite damaged infrastructure and access constraints.

Lion & Leo activated emergency-response procedures, used pre-positioned stocks, established alternate routing, coordinated airlift for isolated areas and created forward logistics bases closer to beneficiaries.

The operation delivered the planned 15,000 MT within the 21-day window, reached approximately 85,000 beneficiaries across 12 districts and established eight forward logistics bases while maintaining continuity of supply.

Lion & Leo operating principle

Control the details so the client can stay focused on the mission.

Each operation has its own access constraints, documentation, security, service levels and delivery risks. Lion & Leo combines local execution with defined controls, active reporting and contingency planning to keep those variables visible and manageable.
